How should I store my products?
Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because we use minimal preservatives and natural ingredients, we recommend using them within 6–12 months of opening for optimal freshness.

Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. Clara Bleu is cruelty-free and committed to ethical practices. We never test on animals and only partner with suppliers who align with our values.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the personal nature of skincare and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns. That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How long does shipping take?
Because many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Once your order is ready, it will ship via standard shipping, which typically takes 3–5 business days. If the item is readily available, your order will be shipped the same or next business day.

Are your products safe for all skin types?
Our formulas are thoughtfully crafted with gentle, natural ingredients and are suitable for most skin types. However, we always recommend conducting a patch test first—especially if you have sensitive or reactive skin.
